Job Description: Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar and in person. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on their interactions with prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Creates and uses Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to cultivate and build relationships with prospects
Conducts thorough, targeted searches and queries to research, qualify and generate sales leads that align with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Initiates communications with new business prospects via phone and email
Schedules virtual product demonstrations (demo)
Facilitates smooth, warm transfers of quality opportunities to Sales Reps
Qualifies marketing qualified leads for sales follow-up
Quickly identifies fit to move forward or disqualify
Demonstrates a firm understanding of the prospect. Knows the prospective customer’s requirements, goals, and concerns
Deep understanding of the product and ability to clearly articulate the value
Maintains accuracy and information within HubSpot and Salesforce systems
Requirements
3+ years’ experience selling software to banking or related industries
2+ years’ experience developing leads from Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and meeting sales quotas
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or other business-related majors strongly preferred
1+ years’ experience using SalesForce and HubSpot
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, particularly around managing information
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Works in an office environment involving sitting most of the time at a desk in front of a computer. The worker is subject to close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and viewing a computer screen to read and enter data.
Travel Requirements – Less than 10% travel is required to perform the essential requirements for this role.
