Job Description : Test Automation Engineer
As a test automation engineer at Amicus.io, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and extension of our automation framework. We are looking for a solid team player who can get up-to-speed rapidly. This position will stretch and enhance your skill set while allowing you to make a real impact on the lives of people around the world. Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for design and implementation of the automation framework
Manage the test automation process
5+ years developing test automation
Experience with both REST API and GUI for web applications
Skilled with Python, Linux, shell scripting
Must be a motivated, task-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
Must possess exceptional communication, documentation and organizational skills
Must demonstrate strong project management skills with the ability to own and drive projects from start to finish
Experience testing event-driven distributed applications
Developing test automation for CI/CD pipelines
Experience with non- functional test automation
Experience with Testim.io
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Works in an office environment involving sitting most of the time at a desk in front of a computer. The worker is subject to close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and viewing a computer screen to read and enter data.
Travel Requirements – Less than 5% travel is required to perform the essential requirements for this role.
